Synergy Fire & Security is a Gold member of the Fire Protection Association of Australia (FPAA). We have the required expertise to design, install, maintain, repair, and certify all installed fire safety measures. Our most valuable resource, our technicians, work across the broad spectrum of fire safety measures. They are qualified, licensed and accredited with competencies in Electrical, Electronic & Sprinkler Fitting Trades, the Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme (FPAS), ACMA registration (Cabling Provider Rules), Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS), Synthetic Greenhouse Gases (SGG) and Extinguishing Agents Handling, including Ansul Kitchen Suppression System Accreditation. Fire Detection and Alarm Systems

We repair, install and maintain all major Fire Detection Control and Indicating Equipment (FDCIE) including proprietary Systems such as Siemens Cerberus AlgoRex.
Occupant Warning Systems
AS1851-2012 and AS1670.4-2015
We repair, install and maintain Emergency Warning Control and Indicating Equipment (EWCIE) including large scale networkable intelligent Digital Voice Command (DVC) EWCIE.
Fire Sprinkler Systems
AS1851-2012 and AS2118.1-2017
We provide wet system design, installation, repair and maintenance. This includes fire sprinkler systems, dry pipe systems, pre-action systems and deluge systems.
Gas Fire suppression systems
AS1851-2012 and AS4214-2018
We provide design, installation, maintenance and repair of gaseous fire suppression systems of all extinguishing agent types including Inergen, FM-200, Novec 1230. We are also licensed to maintain ANSUL© Kitchen Suppression Systems.
Fire Extinguishers
AS1851-2012 and AS2444-2001
We not only sell fire extinguishers at wholesale prices, we also service and maintain all types of fire extinguishers include DCP, C02, Foam and Wet Chemical to suit all classes of fires. Our knowledgeable testers and Fire Safety Surveyor can also provide advice on the installation of fire extinguishers.
Fire Hydrants
AS1851-2012 and AS2419.1-2017
We have the expertise to service, maintain and install fire hydrants and pump systems. This includes undertaking overhauls and hydrostatic tests on pump systems.
Fire Hose Reels
AS1851-2012 and AS2441-2015
We have the expertise to repair and install and maintain fire hose reels. Our knowledgeable testers and Fire Safety Surveyor can also provide advice on the installation of fire hose reels.
Exit & Emergency Lighting
AS2293.2-1995 And AS2293.1-2005
We have the expertise to repair and install and maintain all exit sign and emergency lighting. This includes NEXUS Emergency Lighting Management Systems and other wireless computer monitoring systems for testing emergency lighting.
Fire Door and Passive Fire Protection Maintenance and Installation
AS1851-2012 and AS1905.1-2005
We have the expertise to repair and install and maintain all fire doors and other passive fire elements such as lightweight construction, fire windows, fire seals, fire dampers and fire shutters.
Evacuation Plans
AS3745-2010
We utilise the skills of our experienced Fire Safety Surveyor and draftsman who work together to produce evacuation diagrams which are clear and compliant, showing evacuation routes, assembly points, fire exits and the location of firefighting equipment. All of our evacuation diagrams meet the requirements of AS 3745 – 2010.
Annual Fire Safety Statements
EP&A Regulation 2000
We have extensive experience in conducting surveys and providing Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS). The focus of fire safety audits preservation of life safety and asset protection. Our fire safety audits are undertaken by our experienced Fire Safety Surveyor to identify and address potential fire safety risks and hazards.
COMPETENT FIRE SAFETY PRACTITIONERS (CFSP)
The FPAA lists Synergy Fire & Security’s Certification and Compliance Division as ‘Competent Fire Safety Practitioners (CFSP)’ for the assessment and completion of Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) documentation for owners and agents to sign.
